The Senior Director, Consumer Insights will lead Shake Shack’s enterprise consumer insights and guest analytics strategy. This role will combine consumer research, behavioral data, and advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions across marketing, digital, menu innovation, and operations. This leader will build and scale a best-in-class insights capability that integrates research and data analytics to provide a holistic understanding of Shake Shack guests. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, deep expertise in consumer behavior, and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
