Reporting to the CHRO, the Sr. Director of HR is responsible for leading and managing HR functions across the Ferries and Concession division in the US. This role requires strategic leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices to support the company’s workforce and organizational goals. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, develop and retain employees. This role works to continuously improve the organization's Human Resources function by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations programs that create a positive culture and an engaged workforce.
