Provides end-to-end Human Relations leadership across strategy development and execution. Acts as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and their teams, designing and implementing programs that advance both short- and long-term business objectives. Accountable for the development and delivery of integrated HR and business plans, including employee and labor relations; talent acquisition and management; leadership coaching and development; performance management; organizational effectiveness and change management; compensation administration and communication; regulatory compliance and risk mitigation; and People Support program identification and execution.
