Job Summary: Leads the global design and implementation of experienced (below VP) and early career hiring strategies and designs policies, practices, and programs in accordance with our People philosophy. Acts as a Global Business Unit Talent Acquisition Lead responsible for bridging strategic workforce planning and operational execution for assigned global business unit and/or function(s). Lead a team of Global Business Unit Talent Acquisition Leads. Provides oversight and direction to the Heads of Regional Talent Acquisition to ensure global consistency where possible. Participates in the Talent Acquisition global leadership team and acts as a key advisor to Global HR Leadership Team on experienced hire and early career matters. Scope of role includes Europe, Canada, United States and Japan and may include other regions/management units as needed to reflect changes to the business model.
