In the Senior Director, Growth Analytics role, you’ll apply your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands to help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU. What You’ll Do (Role Purpose) As Senior Director, Growth Analytics, your mission is to deliver transformational business impact by optimizing growth levers across Kimberly-Clark. You will drive data-informed decision making to optimize resource allocation across Kimberly-Clark’s global brand portfolio grounded on understanding of the strategic, short and long term incrementality of growth levers (including creative, media mix, innovation, trade, and other growth investments). Reporting to the VP Insights & Analytics, you will serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (global growth, marketing and finance executive leaders), championing a culture of analytical excellence and innovation. Your success will be defined by how your work optimizes investments in growth levers by prioritizing growth opportunities and evaluating ROI of investment opportunities (quantifying where and how to grow) and making recommendations to decision makers. The role also requires close collaboration with analytics and data vendors, providing relevant solutions for markets with varying data availability/reliability and business needs – e.g., US, China, Brazil, Australia, South Korea and Indonesia. You will have 2 direct reports and your partnership with other global functions (e.g., Technology) and local insights analytics teams will enable and amplify your influence and impact. Equally important will be your desire to deeply understand the consumer, their motivations, aspirations, values and beliefs throughout life stages better than anyone else – the WHY behind the data. We also value your perspective on how analytics tools and methodologies should evolve with agility and technology, driving effective ways of unlocking new predictive insights with a growth mindset to drive change management is critical.

Requirements

  • Strategic Insights & Analytics Expertise: proven track record of financial impact by deploying analytical tools by optimizing resource allocations and/or prioritizing sources of growth
  • Commercial Acumen & Business Impact: Strong understanding of business drivers, P&L, and commercial strategy. Ability to connect insights into financial outcomes and influence senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in applying analytical tools for decision making, including MMM, MTA, A/B testing, brand lift studies, brand equity tracking, social listening – with deep understanding of data sources and analytics vendors required across global markets (e.g., US, China, Australia, Brazil, S. Korea, Indonesia). Able to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into the analytics roadmap.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire diverse global teams. Skilled in resource allocation, talent development, and navigating matrix organizations. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and external agencies to ensure seamless data integration and insight activation.
  • Influence & Collaboration: Exceptional communicator and influencer with a track record of building relationships across functions and geographies. Adept at translating complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Digital & Advanced Analytics Fluency: Comfortable with digital tools, data platforms, and emerging analytics techniques. Experience integrating traditional research with behavioral, social, and digital data sources.
  • Global Experience & Cultural Fluency: Proven track record of leading insights initiatives across international markets, including US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related fields
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, insights, marketing, analytics, or strategy roles within the CPG or related industries, including agencies/suppliers
  • Proven success in leading global insights, marketing or growth functions and delivering business impact.
  • Experience working across multiple categories and international markets, with exposure to US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influence across levels and functions.

  • Experience in feminine care / baby care products, health and wellness products and services, or cosmetics/beauty is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable recommendations to help optimize growth investments across our portfolio with analytical tools.
  • Engage with local and regional stakeholders to understand their needs and current decision-making processes to shape our global analytics roadmap.
  • Evaluate current and future capabilities required to drive predictive analytics to optimize short- and long-term growth.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions through compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations – success is measured based on impact from decisions
  • Ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes across allocation of growth investments – insights are actionable and embedded in decision making processes
  • Drive the creation and deployment of predictive analytics tools leveraging AI to map trends based on consumer signals, inspiring the development of innovation and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and deploy global demand forecasting tools to inform strategic planning process, including scenario planning based on consumer and marketplace trends
  • Build and lead a high-performing global insights team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence - this includes direct and indirect internal insights partners
  • Lead external agency relationships and ensure best-in-class research capabilities and execution – we aspire to be the preferred partner of our insight’s agencies
