Develop yourself in a culture that values flexibility, expects your opinion and trusts your decisions. Together we evolve and so will you, in an environment that asks you to challenge yourself – and us.   About the Team Reporting to the Group CFO, Group Strategy is a small, high-impact team that brings strategic clarity and cross-enterprise perspective to leadership decisions. We shape the strategic agenda by identifying what's next, support critical decision-making with insight and context, and drive cross-enterprise initiatives that turn strategic opportunities into reality.  Team members thrive by bringing clarity to complex questions and working as trusted partners across the enterprise. The role requires strong strategic judgment and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-business environment, translating ambiguity into clear priorities and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years (or 6–8 years post-MBA) of experience in corporate strategy or strategy consulting; backgrounds that include investment banking, private equity, or corporate development are also considered.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to structure complex problems, identify key implications, and deliver clear recommendations to senior audiences.
  • Familiar with key strategy frameworks and their applications.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI concepts, comfort working with emerging tools, and strong curiosity to explore how they can improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Experience and interest in credit markets, risk/analytics, data & research products, or financial information services more broadly.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey information clearly and concisely, producing well-structured written materials and high-impact visual presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, operate with autonomy, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Self-directed and responsive, able to produce high-quality work, and adjust priorities as business needs shift.
  • Presence, maturity, and sound judgment to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and represent Group Strategy across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Help business and functional teams define and refine their strategic priorities by bringing external perspective, identifying market opportunities and risks, and connecting their plans to broader enterprise goals.
  • Develop a strong network across business units and functions, building the relationships necessary to facilitate cross-enterprise collaboration and support execution of strategic priorities.
  • Synthesize diverse inputs and perspectives into compelling strategic narratives that help leadership see patterns, assess options, and commit to action.
  • Serve as domain lead for one or more core areas (including Strategic Planning, Competitive Intelligence, Strategic Foresight), owning work quality, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement of methods and outputs.
  • Lead discrete strategic initiatives end-to-end: problem framing, workplan design, synthesis, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Contribute strategic content for leadership forums and strategic communications, including town halls, offsites, and executive meetings, ensuring consistent strategic messaging across the enterprise.
  • Develop more junior team members by providing clear direction, feedback, and hands-on coaching, building the team's overall capacity to deliver.
