About The Position

The Senior Director, Global Product Marketing – Digital is a transformative leader who shapes how Resmed brings its digital ecosystem to the world. This role spans our provider and consumer-facing digital solutions — from connected platforms and AI/ML-powered insights to software and services that redefine care delivery. As the global steward of digital product marketing, this leader ensures that Resmed’s digital story is not only compelling, but seamlessly integrated into the broader portfolio. They build the strategies, teams, and narratives that accelerate adoption, scale growth, and position Resmed as a digital health leader.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital health, SaaS, connected solutions, or regulated technology industries.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML, data-driven platforms, and customer-facing digital ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of leading global teams in matrixed, complex organizations.
  • Skilled in crafting and executing digital-first GTM strategies that scale adoption.
  • Story-driven communicator who can influence across executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global GTM strategy for Resmed’s digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth goals.
  • Ensure repeatable, high-impact launches by setting team standards and leveraging team tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with key partners across Product Management, Marketing, Revenue and Finance to ensure alignment with GTM approach and strategy.
  • Embed digital offerings into every device, service, and ecosystem launch.
  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to tailor digital strategies for market realities and customer needs.
  • Lead the creation of powerful digital storytelling that resonates with providers, consumers, and payers.
  • Champion Resmed’s vision of digital health across channels, positioning the company as a trusted innovation leader.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global Digital Product Marketing team.
  • Cultivate expertise in digital health GTM, storytelling, and market influence across regions.
  • Bring structured digital market insights upstream into product roadmaps.
  • Shape product strategies and offerings by advocating for customer, provider, and payer perspectives.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for adoption, usage, and impact of digital solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-launch reviews and data-driven optimization.
