About The Position

The Global Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing Zinpro’s marketing automation, analytics, agency oversight, and website content execution. This role partners closely with global and regional marketing teams to deliver high‑quality digital campaigns, actionable performance insights and continuous optimization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with hands on responsibility for email marketing, marketing automation, website analytics, and campaign reporting
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and digital performance measurement across web, email, paid media and social channels
  • Experience with setting up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4 events, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn)
  • Self-directed and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global or multi‑regional marketing teams
  • Working knowledge of WordPress (CMS) and website QA processes
  • Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), SEO, or emerging AI driven search practices
  • Experience integrating reporting across platforms such as Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Bitly, and paid media tools
  • Familiar with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AgentForce, etc. to help streamline digital marketing processes and outputs.
  • Salesforce certifications and digital marketing platform certifications (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and execute global marketing automation and email initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including intake of requests, deployment scheduling, quality assurance and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing managers to deliver effective digital campaigns across email, landing pages, cloud pages, and website experiences
  • Perform quality assurance testing on digital media campaigns, landing pages, and website updates to ensure accuracy, functionality and brand consistency
  • Own and oversee Google Analytics, monitoring Zinpro website traffic, analyzing campaign performance, investigating anomalies and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Develop and deliver actionable digital performance reports and insights to Global and Regional Marketing teams, including monthly Global Marketing updates
  • Coordinate and partner with external digital agencies by reviewing analytics, aligning on performance metrics and recommending proactive optimizations
  • Support website content updates, and drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives by partnering with Web Services and the Global Content Manager to improve discoverability, performance, and user experience.
  • Stay current on AI search behavior, algorithm developments, and how people increasingly use AI engines to search for information
