About The Position

In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the development and execution of high-impact global pricing strategies for pharmaceutical clients. You will oversee complex pricing projects across the product lifecycle, advise senior stakeholders, and grow a team of pricing experts. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong client relationship management, enabling you to shape market access decisions and expand service offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring pricing insights inform both business development and product strategy. This role offers significant influence on business outcomes, fostering innovation and thought leadership in a global, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D.) preferred; Master’s degree in Health Economics, Pharmacy Administration, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Clinical Epidemiology, or Public Health Policy considered.
  • 15+ years of experience in global pricing, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record in leading global pricing strategies and managing client relationships at senior levels.
  • Deep expertise in pricing and reimbursement, including country-specific HTA frameworks.
  • Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and structured, autonomous work approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, virtual, and collaborative team settings.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global pricing projects and strategic initiatives for multiple clients or therapeutic areas, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive business development efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and innovative service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as market access, HEOR, RWE, medical writing, and statistics to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze global pricing landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and review study reports, scientific publications, and other deliverables.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a high-performing team and supporting professional development.
  • Ensure achievement of practice area growth goals and maintain chargeability requirements.
