Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine In this role, you will shape global pricing strategies for cutting-edge oncology therapies, starting with Rybrevant current indications in lung cancer and expanding into colorectal and head and neck cancers. You will provide strategic leadership and expertise to develop and implement global pricing strategies and policies that maximize patient access while optimizing revenue, influencing healthcare on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or Pharm.D. preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical pricing or market access, ideally in a global context.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of payer landscapes and negotiation strategies; familiarity with regulatory environments in Europe, the US, and Asia Pacific.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership in a matrix organization.
  • Travel: Up to 25% domestic and international.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Global Pricing Strategies: Develop innovative pricing policies and lead global pricing governance activities for assigned oncology products.
  • Collaborate Across Markets: Partner with regional teams to identify pricing requirements and integrate local payer perspectives into clinical and commercial strategies.
  • Drive Market Insights: Conduct pricing and payer research studies to inform strategic decisions and monitor competitor activity.
  • Enable Successful Launches: Work closely with Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams to optimize filing and launch sequencing plans.
  • Monitor Policy Trends: Stay ahead of global pricing policy changes and adapt strategies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Leverage Data and Analytics: Utilize advanced pricing analytics and forecasting tools to support decision-making.

  • Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
