About The Position

The Sr. Director, Global HR serves as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, setting the vision for how HR partners with the business. This role leads global HR Business Partners and Total Rewards teams, drives talent and organizational strategies, and ensures scalable and consistent HR practices across all regions. They will guide workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development and globalpliance while championing a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP required.
  • 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at Director/Sr. Director level.
  • Experience leading global or multi-site HR operations.
  • Expertise across Organizational Design, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.
  • Strong analytical,munication, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP WorkforceNow preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for the HR model and establish scalable global HR frameworks.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent needs.
  • Lead enterprise-wide performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Strengthen people leadership capability through coaching, tools, and training.
  • Use people analytics to guide executive decisions and anticipate workforce needs.
  • Oversee global employee relations and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and develop global HRBPs and Total Rewards teams.
  • Ensure HR processes and practicesply with domestic and international regulations.
  • Represent HR in senior and executive-level discussions.
