About The Position

The Senior Director, Enterprise Performance is a strategic leader responsible for accelerating SharkNinja’s performance, productivity, and operating model evolution. This leader partners with ELT to own the enterprise transformation portfolio – ensuring that corporate objectives translate into measurable value creation, operational efficiency, and sustained business impact. Partnering directly with the ELT and senior leaders across the organization, the Senior Director drives transformational change that strengthens the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the business, improves organizational throughput, and positions SharkNinja for scalable, profitable global growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in consulting, transformation, or performance improvement.
  • Track record of enterprise-scale transformation leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen and productivity measurement capabilities.
  • Expertise in KPI frameworks and operating rhythms.
  • Experience with automation, AI, and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling ability, and executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer products a plus.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise productivity roadmap.
  • Translate corporate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of transformation and productivity initiatives.
  • Shape and evolve SharkNinja’s future-state operating model.
  • Partner with the executive team on alignment, resource allocation, and investment tradeoffs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on efficiency and performance improvement levers.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional “hacks” to drive priority business outcomes.
  • Diagnose systemic productivity barriers across processes and functions.
  • Lead cross-functional productivity workshops, initiatives, and critical workstreams.
  • Implement KPI frameworks and dashboards.
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional partners to drive automation and AI enablement.
  • Partner with functional leads to deliver annual OpEx and SG&A productivity improvements.
  • Implement structural cost takeout initiatives.
  • Improve spans/layers, role clarity, and decision rights.
  • Increase workforce productivity through automation and process redesign.
  • Reduce cycle times across product, supply chain, and commercialization.
  • Lead SKU/portfolio simplification.
  • Establish enterprise dashboards and accountability mechanisms.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including communications, training, and workflow change, to deliver sustainable solutions to the business.
