About The Position

The Senior Director, Data Science, leads the development and execution of advanced data strategies and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and innovation. The Data Science leadership team drives strategic innovation by leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to transform business outcomes. This team collaborates closely with executive leadership to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and member experiences. Focused on delivering scalable AI and GenAI capabilities, the team fosters a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and strategic impact. Requirements

Extensive experience in data science, including advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI/ML inference techniques.
Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, SQL, Java, and expertise in software testing and deployment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring associates to foster continuous learning and innovation.
Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability in developing and executing data strategies that drive measurable business value.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 7 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 9 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
3 years' supervisory experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
