We seek an extraordinarily talented individual to join our team and lead our centralized eCommerce Decision Science/AI, Data Engineering, & Business Intelligence functions. This leader will help scale our rapidly growing eCommerce business through modeling & generative AI insights and lead and grow critical Data Engineering and Business Intelligence capabilities. We seek a leader that is equal parts visionary and hands-on; you will simultaneously formulate and shape our forward-looking analytical/science roadmap but are also highly curious and willing to dig into the details of daily work to improve how we serve our customers. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Walmart eCommerce Decision Science & Analytics.

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 8 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 2: Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 6 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 3: 10 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
