The Senior Director, Sales Analytics & Tools is a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling the data visualization, analytic, and tooling capabilities that power Walmart Connect’s Sales organization. This highly visible role will lead three business-critical domains: Sales Data Science, Sales Tooling, and Sales Automation. This leader will drive the strategy and implementation of internal tools—including the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of our CRM platform—ensuring our sales teams have best-in-class systems to manage relationships, track pipeline, and close business. Additionally, this role will champion and lead automation initiatives that streamline sales workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate revenue generation. This opportunity demands thought leadership, prototype innovation, and change management to ensure our internal teams have the data, analytics, and tooling resources they need to analyze and drive their businesses forward. This role partners closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering.
