JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director, Commercial Brand Performance drives cross-functional efforts to maximize Topline performance across Marriott International’s portfolio of new and emerging brands, with an initial focus on Midscale and Outdoor Collection brands. This role is critical in shaping and evolving commercial strategies, accelerating revenue through innovative and existing approaches, and ensuring seamless integration of new brands. This role will have responsibility to deliver Commercial Performance through ongoing management and driving cross functional efforts across all Commercial areas (Group & Transient) within the US & Canada and HQ teams. Responsibilities include ongoing RevPar and scorecard management, leveraging data and analytics to meet performance targets, aligning Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Digital strategies and associated tactical delivery to acquire/reach the right customers both within and beyond Marriott’s ecosystem. The position partners closely with the Continent Lodging Product team on brand growth and sustainment strategies, and with Owner Franchise Services to ensure Topline strategies align with operational models for new and non-traditional lodging products. Collaboration with commercial discipline leaders, owners, and external partners is essential to deliver financial performance and accelerate portfolio growth.
