About The Position

This is a temporary position. The FLEX Director, Commercial Performance partners with Corporate and Continent leaders to refine and implement systems and tools, including CTAC, to support enterprise KPIs and drive commercial results across continents, with a focus on AI enablement. This role oversees integration of tools, platforms, and resources for new brands, acquisitions, and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment between Headquarters and Continent teams. Working closely with the Sr. Director, the Director manages cross-continent initiatives, monitors KPIs, and supports Revenue & Technology EPP Imperatives, while preparing communications for deployment and contributing to enterprise projects and priorities set by senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record consulting to business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing high impact solutions in large, complex organizations, using a variety of delivery methodologies

  • Advance Facilitation Skills: Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex stakeholder experiences, using design thinking, creativity, and expert communication skills, to deliver powerful, results-oriented meetings and workshops.
  • Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional work teams in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key Corporate and Continent leaders to refine and improve commercial tools and systems including CTAC
  • Evolve existing and develop new AI-enabled tools, services and content that outlines strategic guardrails through consistent standards and assets and supports positive commercial results.
  • Support larger Revenue & Technology EPP and Strategic Imperatives efforts connected to commercial tools and resources and help to monitor and report on Revenue & Technology KPI performance.
  • Plan and implement or support other Commercial Services priority initiatives with minimal oversight, working with Senior Corporate and Continent leaders to meet project objectives and goals on time and on budget.
  • Provide leadership direction to cross-functional teams on project assignments and orchestrate across initiatives to deliver results and strategic value to the Revenue & Technology organization.
  • Actively engage internal and external partners to prepare content for communication materials as needed for deployment of initiatives across Corporate and Continent Commercial teams.
