The Senior Director, Business Talent Partner - Commercial & Finance serves as the strategic HR advisor to Franklin Electric's Commercial and Finance executive leadership teams. This role partners with the CFO, the President of Global Water, and the functional senior leadership team to ensure that people, leadership, and culture enable profitable growth and operational excellence. Acting as an integrator within the HR Operating System (HROS), this leader translates enterprise talent strategy into business-level action - driving leadership effectiveness, organizational capability, and engagement across commercial and corporate functions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 15+ years of HR leadership supporting corporate, finance, or commercial executives on a global scale.
  • Proven success in executive partnership, organizational effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial and Finance executives to align workforce and leadership plans with business strategy.
  • Lead executive talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Shape organization design to enhance agility, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Coach senior leaders on performance, leadership development, and culture activation.
  • Collaborate with COEs on leadership development, rewards, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Use talent analytics to identify trends in engagement, retention, and capability across corporate functions.
  • Promote collaboration and culture consistency across global teams.
  • Act as the primary HR liaison to Commercial and Finance executives, ensuring HR strategies meet business needs.
