In one sentence Accountable for all financial aspects of deals or contracts, including P&L, proposals, terms, pricing and customer facing issues. What will your job look like? Be a trusted advisor and finance partner for the regional VP and CBE(s). Acts as the head financial person of the region. As such, you will provide support in all financial/commercial aspects related to the sales cycle as well as with ongoing relations with the customers. Provide support of all deal cycles, from deal initiation to contract, including financial model (P&L, cash flow, tax, hedging, etc.), contract negotiation and client facing issues. This includes ensuring that all deals are aligned with company procedures and guidelines. Be responsible for ongoing financial analysis (FP&A) of the geography and existing business operations. Identify and distinguish between the business needs and financial goals for a deal/contract. Participate in cross finance and/or unique ad-hoc projects in the division (financials models, cost reduction initiatives, etc.)

Requirements

• B.A. in Business Management/Economics/Accounting
• 3-5 years’ experience in senior financial positions with proven analytical capabilities
• Capable of leading discussions in conjunction with strong negotiation skills
• Capable of setting up a commercial business model
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Fluency in English
