About The Position

Lead profitability management initiatives, analyzing revenue streams to identify optimization opportunities. Influence cross-functional teams using data-driven insights. Drive product optimization through financial analysis and market research. Evaluate sales incentive programs for effectiveness and performance. Advise on pricing strategies, considering market trends, cost structures, and competitive dynamics. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous review and analysis. Manage the collection and distribution of key financial metrics to stakeholders. Assess the financial impact of deals and contracts, providing recommendations for optimal outcomes. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum five (5) years' experience in finance or business. No relocation is being offered for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area. Seven (7)+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related finance roles Manufacturing industry experience Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business insights Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including product lifecycle management Experience managing channel marketing budgets and tracking spending in collaboration with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in finance or business.
  • Seven (7)+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related finance roles
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business insights
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including product lifecycle management
  • Experience managing channel marketing budgets and tracking spending in collaboration with the marketing team
