Requirements

  • B.A. in Business Management/Economics/Accounting (MBA - preferred)
  • Certified CPA - advantage
  • 3-5 years’ experience in senior financial positions with proven analytical capabilities
  • Capable of leading discussions in conjunction with strong negotiation skills
  • Capable of setting up a commercial business model
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience in the telecom, software or high tech industry – advantage
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor and finance partner for the regional VP and CBE(s). Acts as the head financial person of the region. As such, you will provide support in all financial/commercial aspects related to the sales cycle as well as with ongoing relations with the customers.
  • Provide support of all deal cycles, from deal initiation to contract, including financial model (P&L, cash flow, tax, hedging, etc.), contract negotiation and client facing issues. This includes ensuring that all deals are aligned with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Be responsible for ongoing financial analysis (FP&A) of the geography and existing business operations.
  • Identify and distinguish between the business needs and financial goals for a deal/contract.
  • Participate in cross finance and/or unique ad-hoc projects in the division (financials models, cost reduction initiatives, etc.)
