About The Position

We are seeking a highly strategic, customer-facing Senior Director of Business Strategy with deep expertise in retail media to serve as a trusted advisor to our most critical US based customers and partners. Reporting to the VP of Global Business Strategy, this role will be accountable for long-term value creation, relationship health, and strategic alignment across our organization, ensuring that we not only retain but also grow our top-tier customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in retail media, ad tech, or related strategy roles.
  • Ideal candidate has experience inside a retailer or commerce media business.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and retention for large, complex accounts.
  • Proven ability to influence senior customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to align multiple teams toward a shared customer vision.
  • Experience being a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and familiarity with complex API-driven ad tech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer strategy for Kevel’s most critical US based customers and partners, accountable for long-term value creation, relationship health, and strategic alignment beyond individual sales cycles.
  • Work with the broader Business Strategy team to define and operationalize customer-specific strategies and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Professional Services in aligning around a unified account vision and execution plan.
  • Execute the strategic direction for Professional Services engagement across key accounts, including packaging, positioning, delivery models, and margin-conscious deployment in support of customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the executive point of accountability for complex, multi-threaded customer relationships, including escalations, renewals risk, and long-term expansion opportunities.
