The Senior Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving growth strategy by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role will lead complex, consultative sales cycles, build senior level client relationships, and collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, operations, and product teams to expand client relationships, pipeline and revenue. This is a highly visible role requiring strategic thinking, strong network relationships and commercial instincts, and the ability to translate market needs into scalable revenue opportunities.
