The Senior Director, Business Development is responsible for driving growth in the competitive market. Provides guidance on capture strategies, develops client relationships, and manages operations to align with the strategic plan. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, enhances the company's competitive position and leads business development efforts globally. Involves participating in conferences, preparing reports, and providing expertise for proposals. Strong leadership, relationship management, and market awareness are essential. Frequent travel may be required.
