  • 20+ years of technology leadership covering enterprise platforms, data systems, reporting ecosystems, and cross‑functional delivery.
  • 12+ years of BI, reporting, and advanced analytics experience with a track record of building and scaling enterprise‑grade reporting and analytics environments.
  • Proven leadership across Provider, Pharmacy, Corporate, Clinical, Financial, or Operational analytics and reporting domains.
  • Expert‑level command of Databricks (including Medallion Architecture), Spark, SQL, Python, and modern lake/lakehouse patterns.
  • Strong proficiency with Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and cloud‑native analytics and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success modernizing analytics and reporting ecosystems, consolidating technical debt, and simplifying legacy BI/reporting landscapes.
  • Strong experience in Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP analytics environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).
  • Background in provider or pharmacy analytics, reporting, security, privacy, or enterprise risk.
  • Experience leading analytics and reporting modernization in large‑scale healthcare or pharmacy environments, including contributions to open‑source ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Analytics, BI & Reporting Leadership
  • Provide executive leadership for enterprise Provider, Pharmacy, and Corporate analytics and reporting strategy, enabling scalable insights for clinical, financial, operational, product, and pharmacy stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment toward a unified, modern BI, analytics, and reporting architecture - standardizing semantic models, metrics frameworks, governance, and delivery tooling.
  • Establish enterprise reporting standards, ensuring consistency of KPIs, metric definitions, and visualization patterns across business domains.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports that support day‑to‑day decision‑making as well as strategic planning.
  • Platform Modernization & Architecture
  • Lead analytics modernization initiatives - retiring legacy reporting and BI platforms, reducing technical debt, and consolidating data assets into scalable, cloud-native architectures.
  • Partner with data engineering to design, build, and optimize advanced data platforms including data lakes, lake houses, metadata layers, and AI/ML‑ready pipelines that support analytics and high‑performance reporting consumption.
  • Ensure BI and reporting platforms support advanced AI workloads—vector databases, multimodal clinical and pharmacy data, RAG pipelines, and real‑time operational insights.
  • Cross‑Functional Strategy & Governance
  • Partner across Provider, Pharmacy, Corporate, Technology, Product, and Operations to harmonize analytics and reporting roadmaps, eliminate redundancy, and focus on investment on high‑value enterprise outcomes.
  • Define enterprise‑wide KPI frameworks, semantic layer structures, and certified datasets that power trustworthy reporting.

  • Team Leadership & Performance
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing teams across BI, reporting, analytics engineering, and advanced analytics - driving innovation, reliability, and delivery excellence.
  • Continuously improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience of enterprise analytics and reporting platforms.
