Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of the organization’s enterprise analytics and reporting platform. This role partners closely with clinical, financial, information technology, and executive leadership to deliver secure, high quality dashboards and data solutions that support patient care, quality improvement, operational excellence, and strategic decision making. Collaborates within the Power BI ecosystem, end to end, including data integrationETLTL), enterprise data modelingKPIPI standardization, Row Level SecurityRLSLS), workspace governance, and tenant administration. Ensures data accuracy, scalability, usability, and compliance while enabling self service analytics and actionable insights across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical field
