The Senior Director, Adult & Feminine Care Global Insights, Copilot will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Global Marketing AFC Executive Team and cross-functional leaders across Segment, Innovation, and Commercialization for Kimberly-Clark’s AFC portfolio (Kotex, Depend, Poise), one of the largest strategic focus areas for the company. Reporting to the VP Insights & Analytics, you will lead the development and activation of transformative consumer insights that shape global brand strategy, fuel innovation pipelines, and drive commercial excellence. This role is a pivotal enterprise connector—translating global strategy into locally resonant execution by embedding consumer understanding into every major business decision. You will lead a high-performing team, with two direct reports, and orchestrate a global network of insights professionals, agency partners, and data providers to amplify impact across markets. Success in this role is defined by: Championing a deep, empathetic understanding of consumers across life stages, uncovering motivations, aspirations, and cultural dynamics that unlock growth. Influence senior stakeholders with compelling narratives and foresight that shape brand relevance and innovation strategy.
