We’re seeking a visionary Senior Digital Supply Chain Transformation Leader for end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, and logistics, to deliver the most compelling and differentiated supply chain cloud capabilities possible. This leader will design and deliver world class process & systems across the end-to-end supply chain for our global cloud infrastructure organization. This is your chance to directly shape how AWS plans, scales, and delivers the infrastructure powering the digital world. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations, defining “Art of the Possible” scalable processes, understanding internal and external customers’ needs, conducting readiness and capability assessments, defining business rules, standards, and system capabilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply-Chain, or related quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
  • Experience in defining business requirements, opportunities, and key capabilities within supply chain operations while implementing comprehensive end-to-end solutions that enhance visibility, control, collaboration, and orchestration across processes and digital analytics platforms.
  • 6+ years of core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing teams that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence, with the ability to operate effectively from executive boardrooms to operational teams.
  • Proven success leading large-scale business transformations, process improvement and digital initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, hyperscale tech environments, or complex global supply chains.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong track record of process improvements delivering sustainable results; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
