About The Position

The Opportunity Customer experience is changing fast, with AI playing a bigger role in how people engage with products, platforms, and brands. This role offers the chance to focus deeply on user experience strategy, supporting organizations as they develop intuitive, personalized, and human-centered digital experiences. As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will help build and elevate client and audience experiences across multiple channels and platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, product leaders, and technology teams to compose clear UX strategies rooted in customer needs, behavioral insights, and business goals. Rather than leading enterprise-wide transformation, you will contribute to turning strategy into tangible experience outcomes, from journey development to UX principles and experience frameworks. This hands-on role requires leading user research, evaluating current customer journeys, and helping build the future-state experience and visual direction as part of your customer’s Adobe-powered digital transformation. What you'll Do Partner with clients to understand, build, and improve end-to-end customer and user journeys, with a focus on usability, clarity, and overall experience quality. Contribute experience perspectives and UX recommendations to CX and digital transformation initiatives, supporting broader programs Apply AI thoughtfully within experience development, including personalization, conversational interfaces, and journey optimization, with a strong focus on user needs and outcomes. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the UX strategy aligns with platform capabilities, including Adobe Experience Cloud.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in UX strategy, digital strategy, customer experience, or management consulting.
  • Proven background in user experience and customer journey strategy, with strong visual/UI build judgment and extensive collaboration alongside technologists and customers.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud or similar experience-focused platforms (including AEM, personalization, analytics, or journey tools).
  • Comfort working in cross-functional, matrixed teams, contributing to complex initiatives through collaboration and influence.
  • A collaborative, curious approach to problem-solving, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous challenges
