Senior Digital Product Manager

Wells Fargo & CompanyColumbus, OH
$100,000 - $163,000Hybrid

About The Position

Wells Fargo is back in the office, collaborating for fabulous outcomes! This role has no Visa sponsorship or Visa transfers. This role is a hybrid position and in the office 3 days a week. About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead complex initiatives within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) data ecosystem. This role is suited for a product professional who can operate comfortably at the intersection of product, technology, and data, contributing to large‑scale digital transformation efforts in a highly regulated environment. This is not a purely business‑focused product role. The work requires meaningful collaboration with engineering, data, and security teams to deliver technically sound, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates bring digital product management experience alongside a solid technical foundation in big data and data lake platforms. At Wells Fargo, you’ll work on platforms that support critical identity, access, and data capabilities across the enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large‑scale modernization efforts, partner closely with technical teams, and deliver products that matter at significant scale.

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Understanding of how product management intersects with engineering, security, and data architecture

  • Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to evaluate data and solution designs, identify data‑related risks and controls, and accelerate automation to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
  • Comfort operating in complex, enterprise‑scale, regulated environments
