Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • 8 plus years of product management experience, with a strong focus on customer data platforms, data analytics, or digital marketing technology.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics (implementation, tagging, variables)
  • Strong data analytics background with hands-on experience translating business needs into insights, dashboards, and actionable product features using modern BI and data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Handson technical expertise writing SQL in Google BigQuery or similar platforms to analyze data, generate insights, and present recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with debugging and validation tools such as Charles Proxy, browser developer tools, and Adobe Debugger.
  • Extensive experience working in Agile product development environments, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira), including defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated strengths in technical business analysis, system integration, and user acceptance testing within large, complex, global organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable operating in fast paced enterprise environments with high impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and a customer first mindset.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, outcome driven product strategies with measurable success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a 6–12-month roadmap for customer data and clickstream capabilities, aligned to organizational goals for data maturity, personalization, and customer journey analytics.
  • Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value across data collection, processing, and delivery.
  • Partner closely with cross functional business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather and refine requirements, size initiatives, and prioritize based on impact and value.
  • Ensure customer data and AI powered capabilities align with user needs, business priorities, and end-to-end customer experience goals.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution—from discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, launch, and continuous iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate clickstream data with internal data warehouses, CRM systems, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Own data collection standards, including tagging strategies and data layer requirements across web and mobile properties.
  • Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable high-quality, iterative delivery.
  • Act as the primary escalation point to unblock issues, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain execution momentum.
  • Develop training, documentation, and enablement of materials to drive adoption and effective use of data and analytics products across teams.
  • Support stakeholders in leveraging data products to inform decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
