About The Position

Snapscale is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for a growing, globally distributed organization. This is an international remote role suited for a marketing leader who can drive impact across brand, demand, and revenue. You will own the digital marketing vision by building an always on presence, strengthening thought leadership, and positioning both the brand and executive leadership as trusted industry authorities. You will also lead an in house marketing team, manage multi channel campaigns, and partner closely with Sales, Growth, and Creative teams to deliver high impact go to market initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands on execution, knows how to manage budgets and performance, and is motivated by measurable growth outcomes in a fast moving international environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven experience owning and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels from awareness to conversion
  • Experience supporting founder or executive personal brand
  • Ability to balance brand building with demand generation
  • Strong LinkedIn experience as primary B2B channel
  • Experience with Google Search and retargeting campaigns
  • Knowledge of content marketing: blogs, video, thought leadership
  • Experience with email nurture and follow-up campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and marketing systems (Pipedrive, Go High Level)
  • Comfortable using analytics dashboards to track performance
  • Basic creative tools knowledge (Canva, light Adobe)
  • Able to collaborate with designers, outreach, and sales support
  • Operates with autonomy and ownership
  • Comfortable working closely with CEO and senior leadership
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives without losing focus

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Snapscale's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Build and manage an always on presence that drives awareness, trust, and inbound demand
  • Oversee content distribution across LinkedIn, search, social, retargeting, and email
  • Support and amplify CEO thought leadership and personal brand
  • Manage paid media budgets and performance across platforms
  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure alignment between marketing activity and pipeline goals
  • Oversee campaign planning, timelines, and execution
  • Track performance and optimize based on data and outcomes
  • Manage vendors, contractors, or internal support as needed
