The Disney Entertainment Digital Marketing Center of Excellence Audience Strategy & Community Team is responsible for developing fan-first editorial, social engagement, and creator strategies across flagship brand platforms representing Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Walt Disney Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Disney+, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures. This team manages community engagement, UGC and creator sourcing, campaign execution, and digital cultural relevance through deep audience connection and integration into wider digital storytelling workflows. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about building community and bringing the fan voice to life across some of the world’s most beloved entertainment brands. We have multiple Digital Marketing Specialist positions available supporting various Disney brands. These roles are project hires through 9/25/2026 The Digital Marketing Specialist will be collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of all digital and emerging platforms and the communities they foster. They’ll have a passion for engaging digital communities, amplifying fan voices, and identifying opportunities for community engagement and UGC connected to relevant cultural moments and brand and franchise priorities. The ideal candidate is a digital native who is deeply immersed in fandom and internet culture, passionate about engaging online communities, and detail-oriented in both content execution and operational processes. This individual will play a critical role in fostering fan love, surfacing authentic community stories, and maintaining brand integrity across channels.
