Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Integration Project Management Specialist to join the Space Launch System (SLS) program in Huntsville, AL. Boeing is seeking a delivery-focused Data Analytics & Digital Integrator to lead cross-functional analytics projects, perform hands-on coding, and accelerate adoption of new technology across the program. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, data engineering/analytics, and emerging-AI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or science related field
10+ years' professional experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or related fields
10+ years' experience leading projects or delivering cross-functional analytics workstreams
Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Experience in the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels
Facilitates workshops and training for program, engineering, and business teams on analytics and AI fundamentals, responsible use, and tooling
Ensures compliance with security and privacy IT guidelines
Translates business requirements into analytics solutions and AI/ML initiatives
Introduce AI-practices for pragmatic, responsible adoption
