Embrace is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to help shape and evolve our brand’s visual identity with a strong focus on digital experiences. This role blends creative design, motion graphics, and an understanding of UX principles to produce assets across web, mobile, email, social, and paid media. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing team—including UX/UI, acquisition, and retention—to ensure designs are visually compelling, effective across platforms, and supportive of the customer journey. While the emphasis is digital, you will also support occasional offline needs to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital projects in a corporate or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and motion graphics work across a range of platforms and use cases
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and expert-level proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, with additional experience in Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, responsive design, and digital visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards for digital platforms
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts across teams

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality digital assets for the website, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and paid media that are visually compelling and optimized for each platform and use case
  • Collaborate with Marketing partners (e.g., UX/UI, acquisition, retention) to deliver visuals that align with the customer journey and drive engagement at every stage
  • Develop motion graphics content that brings campaigns and customer storytelling to life
  • Provide occasional design support for presentations, internal communications, and offline collateral (e.g., direct mail, event materials), keeping the primary focus on digital campaigns
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of a design system to ensure brand consistency and scalability across digital campaigns and owned platforms
  • Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and accessibility standards to continuously elevate the brand’s creative impact
  • Champion user research at a senior level by partnering with cross-functional teams to define research plans, synthesize design insights, and apply findings to digital products within the Embrace umbrella
  • Support and design effective email marketing practices and strategies, such as A/B testing, user-research, and email design best practices.
