Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Background in financial services or technology.
• Knowledge of blockchain and tokenization is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and CI/CD environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset-focused projects of varying scales.
• Act as a product owner for the Benji platform, prioritizing high-value changes.
• Serve as a release manager to assess risk and manage development workflows.
• Define project plans and oversee execution through closure.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders for collaborative success.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
• Assess risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Refine workflows and enhance project processes for efficiency.
