Responsible for delivering eTail and marketplace channel performance and behavioral insights to inform investments and optimization across marketing, promotion, UX, and merchandising efforts. Own reporting and insights across key accounts across eTail and Marketplace accounts. Blend disparate data sources into dashboards and periodic business reviews. Articulate opportunities and risks within this channel in consideration of sell-in and sell-through trends, media spend, inventory allocation, competition, and other commercial levers. Support forecasting and annual planning efforts in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and planning teams. Innovate measurement methodologies to expand insights, facilitate automation, and maintain data integrity.
