About The Position

The Senior Digital Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decisions for KeyBank’s digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on .com optimization, campaign performance, and advanced analytics. This role will provide analytical support to experimental and observational test & learn initiatives across several business units. This position will leverage Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to improve user experience and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics or web analytics.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and related campaign enablement workflows.
  • Strong skills in a data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of a data analysis language (e.g. SQL, Python, R).
  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, CRO strategies, and unified marketing measurement.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or related product(s) within the Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Demonstrated ability with attribution modeling and conversion path analysis.
  • Familiarity with causal inference, randomized controlled experiments, and measuring incrementality.

Responsibilities

  • Test Design, Monitoring & Reporting Help design digital tests, advise on implementation, and monitor progress. Deliver regular reporting of test outcomes and contribute to a test & learn library.
  • Digital Journey Analytics Support optimization initiatives through funnel and experience analytics. Identify personalization opportunities on-site and off-site.
  • Performance Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. Provide timely and accurate reporting on traffic, journeys, and conversion metrics.
  • Data Collection & Activation Ensure accurate and analytics-ready data capture across .com properties and campaign landing pages. Enrich digital journey data by activating additional customer and marketing contextual datasets.
  • Data Governance Maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy standards. Collaborate with engineering teams for data integration and troubleshooting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with UX, Marketing, and Product teams to inform design and content decisions. Author ad-hoc analyses for strategic projects and leadership reporting.

Benefits

  • This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually.
  • Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
