About The Position
The mission of this role is to design, build, and scale agentic AI systems and platforms that deliver measurable business impact, accelerate product development velocity by 2X, and contribute to Everest 3.0 becoming the shared AI platform across all product lines. This includes contributing to the development and launch of the first product built on the Everest 3.0 platform, showcasing its capabilities and serving as a demonstration of its potential to drive innovation and support future product lines. We are seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Agentic Coding to build next-generation AI-native enterprise systems and help design and build Everest 3.0, our shared AI platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering and system design skills.
- Experience building production systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience building agent workflows and integrations.
- Effective use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- Experience with LLM integrations, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
- Understanding of evaluation, observability, and performance optimization.
- Ability to independently own complex systems.
- Ability to deliver production-quality systems.

- Deliver systems aligned with business goals and improve productivity of engineering or business workflows.
