Principal Manufacturing Engineer Cooling performance limits AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, photonics, power electronics, defense systems, and other high-powered compute applications. The Stack Forging™process, creates single-piece, leak-tight metal parts with complex internal microgeometries for stronger cooling performance, lower pressure drop, and high reliability. This role generally requires 4 days onsite per week. What You’ll Do As a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the specification, development, and commissioning manufacturing equipment for testing cold plates and producing products at scale. You will report to the Sr. Manager of the Machines team and lead a cross-functional program team dedicated to scaling up the manufacturing line for thermal management offerings.
