About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead the visual and functional evolution of our talent acquisition platform. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to transform complex workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences. This is a high-impact role where your design decisions will directly shape the future of modern hiring and candidate engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing high-quality B2B or consumer-facing digital products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and a keen eye for visual detail.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product features that simplify complex recruitment workflows for both employers and candidates.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency across our web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and iterate on prototypes based on feedback to drive meaningful product improvements.
