About The Role Role: Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative As a Showroom Senior Designer, you'll be an experienced, high-performing kitchen designer who leads by example through exceptional results, professionalism, and positive team influence. In a stand alone showroom environment, you'll take on additional responsibilities related to showroom operations, health and safety, and maintaining consistent standards across a larger team. You'll combine outstanding design and sales performance with a proactive and dependable approach, setting the standard for others and driving excellence in customer experience, conduct, and operational integrity.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn is vital
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening working required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a similar industry is preferred, but those who have a strong sales background, who are looking to move into a new role are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
