With radical focus on the people we are designing for, our Experience Design team works to assess needs, ambitions, and limitations to create solutions that support clients to take steps toward financial confidence. We believe in the rigorous use of research, service design, UX/UI, and accessibility best practices to deliver quality experiences that our clients and teammates love to use. This is a hands-on role to conceptualize and deliver highly complex human-centric solutions for our client experiences. You will be able to the understand the goal, deliver solutions, and provide solid defendable insights. With proven delivery skills, a strong knowledge of the craft and ability to challenge assumptions, you will be pro-active in offering solutions and recommendations. You will lead efforts with a strong ability to articulate ideas with relevance to partners and may oversee small projects and/or junior talent. As a member of a larger team, you will support and contribute to our design culture by participating and leading events and supporting initiatives that further Design within the organization.
