About The Position

We are seeking an innovative, revenue-focused Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Growth team. In this pivotal role, you will own our demand generation channels, driving Enterprise pipeline volume through high-impact paid campaigns and organic/LLM discoverability. Through close collaboration with the Sales team, you will launch ABM campaigns, thoughtfully nurturing prospects at each touchpoint in the customer journey from first touch to close-won. Your strategic mindset and never-ending curiosity will fuel our conversion rate optimization roadmap, helping Ada reach new levels of growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in demand generation within Enterprise SaaS.
  • Revenue-focused, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns driving measurable pipeline success.
  • Proven success with hands-on management of multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
  • Expert-level proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and other marketing tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, VWO, SEMRush, Profound).
  • Demonstrated success building and managing a conversion rate optimization program with measurable impact on website performance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and AEO best practices to drive content discoverability.
  • AI-led mindset, with experience using ChatGPT, Claude Code, and other AI tools to embed efficiency into everything you do.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across search, social, and other emerging digital channels to drive efficient, quality pipeline with Enterprise leads.
  • Own and execute a robust Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap, continuously improving landing pages, messaging, and creative assets to maximize conversion.
  • Successfully implement and scale targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, boosting enterprise account lead volume and engagement.
  • Improve high-intent organic traffic and LLM citations through collaboration with our content marketing team.
  • Manage campaign tracking, budgets, monthly/quarterly performance reporting, and forecasting methodologies to ensure understand performance and drive continual improvement.
  • Improve inbound ROI through strategic budget management, reducing cost per opportunity, improving pipeline value, and achieving efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Drive continual performance improvement by proactively identifying opportunities based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.
