About The Position

This role is perfect for an experienced program leader passionate about shaping organizational culture and empowering managers. The Senior Culture Program Manager will design, implement, and scale leadership and management programs that embed best practices into day-to-day operations. This position combines strategy, hands-on program development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance leadership effectiveness across the organization. The successful candidate will leverage AI-driven tools, modern learning methodologies, and data-informed insights to create impactful, practical, and human-centered programs. The role emphasizes fostering community, building scalable systems, and ensuring managers are equipped to lead with clarity, trust, and belonging. You will partner closely with HR, executives, and people teams to drive measurable culture and leadership outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or Program Management in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and evolving leadership programs
  • Skilled in leveraging AI-driven tools for curriculum development, coaching, and program optimization
  • Familiarity with modern learning methodologies, including microlearning, just-in-time enablement, and cohort-based learning
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills to engage managers and stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with executives, people teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Comfort with experimentation, iterative design, and rapid prototyping of programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead flagship leadership development programs, evolving frameworks into actionable practices integrated into daily work
  • Design and launch manager enablement programs, focusing on effective 1:1s, team rituals, operational excellence, and remote management
  • Manage bi-annual upward feedback processes and ensure actionable insights for leadership improvement
  • Facilitate communities of practice, including manager All Hands and collaborative learning spaces
  • Develop onboarding experiences for new managers to embed leadership expectations and organizational culture from day one
  • Partner with marketing and communications to showcase company culture externally and authentically
  • Support major events and offsites, creating high-impact and memorable employee experiences
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance program delivery, coaching, and feedback mechanisms
