About the Role Are you energized by bringing structure to complex work and helping teams deliver meaningful change? As Project Manager, People & Culture Transformation Office , you’ll play a key role in enabling how People & Culture initiatives are planned, coordinated, and delivered at Veeam. In this role, you’ll work with the Director, People Transformation to build and scale a cross-functional People & Culture Transformation Office (Project Management Office) that supports high-impact HR initiatives across Veeam. You’ll partner closely with HR leaders, HR Technology, and senior stakeholders to improve alignment, visibility, and execution—while keeping the employee experience front and center. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, influencing at all levels, and making complex work easier to navigate.
