Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background and experience
Over 5 years of commercial credit experience in a banking environment
Ability to effectively analyze significant amounts of data and information and distill and communicate it to the key points impacting a borrower's ability to repay the bank debt
Capabilities to gather, summarize, and interpret information from other business units
Advanced computer literacy including spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
Ability to maintain constructive working relationships

Play a vital role in the underwriting process for prospective commercial loan requests
Determine borrowers' future repayment abilities through keen analytical skills
Thoroughly review financial statements of existing commercial relationships
Continually assess risk and assign appropriate credit risk grades in line with the comprehensive lending policy
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations
Provide invaluable leadership to the credit analysis team
Guide the team through insightful reviews
Offer mentorship and assist in the training of the credit analysis team
