This is a critical role for the evolution of our creative system that will help Coursera’s creative team expand capacity by designing the systems, workflows, and AI-enabled processes that allow us to produce high-quality creative at scale. You will evaluate current production methods, identify where automation and AI can eliminate friction, and build Figma-based templates and repeatable workflows that make it easy to generate consistent, multi-format, multi-language assets. You will use applied AI and no-code automation tools to streamline production, and you will partner closely with marketing and engineering automation teams to define the creative workflows those groups later scale and operationalize. You will be the systems and workflow specialist who enables the creative team to deliver high-quality, world-class marketing at scale.
