About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to own the creative performance of 1–3 key client accounts at TubeScience. This is a hands-on strategy role for a proven creative thinker who lives at the intersection of data and storytelling. You’ll drive revenue growth by developing creative strategies rooted in consumer insights, platform data, and competitive intelligence — then collaborating with our Production and Post-Production teams to bring those strategies to life in scroll-stopping, conversion-driving video ads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on iteration, understands what makes content work in-feed, and knows how to turn creative hypotheses into scalable wins.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct response advertising
  • Proven paid social or DR creative experience — bonus points for work samples that show performance impact
  • Analytical and creative — you can interpret platform data and translate it into actionable creative direction
  • Deep platform fluency — you’re a daily user of Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook and understand what performs in-feed
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and ideally other platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or Snapchat
  • Exceptional communication skills — you can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, in writing and verbally
  • Strong project manager — you juggle multiple clients, hit deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Fast learner — you absorb training, execute new skills quickly, and thrive in high-velocity environments
  • Comfortable in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and bonus for advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-backed creative strategies using insights from Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and proprietary performance data
  • Conduct deep consumer, product, and competitor research to identify winning angles and messaging frameworks
  • Write high-converting scripts and ad copy for video and static creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Post-Production, and Strategy leadership to execute on creative vision
  • Analyze creative test results and iterate rapidly based on what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Own weekly strategic planning for your client accounts — identifying top performers, spotting trends, and driving continuous improvement
  • Give clear, strategic feedback to creative teams that aligns to performance goals and brand voice
