Printfresh is a fast-growing DTC sleepwear and lifestyle brand known for vibrant, original prints and a fiercely loyal customer base. We're scaling aggressively and need a creative strategist who can help us get there through performance creative that actually converts. Position Overview: You'll own the creative strategy for our paid media program, bridging the gap between brand storytelling and direct-response performance. This isn't a media buying role- you'll be the person who figures out what to say, how to say it, and why it works, and proves it with data. You'll work closely with our in-house creative team, our out-of-house Meta agency, and leadership to develop high-volume, high-performing ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
